Who we are
BRUTMAN Interior is an auto interior atelier serving Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, run by MiaMax Upholstery LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at +1 (754) 201-9116 or info@brutmaninterior.com. This policy explains what we collect when you ask us for a price or message us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Only what you give us when you use the quote form or message us:
- your name and phone number, and your email if you add it;
- photos of your car's interior;
- your car's make, model and year, and what you would like done.
Like every website, our hosting may also record basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visited, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- to prepare your price and answer your questions;
- to contact you about your request, book your dates and keep you updated on your car;
- to honor our warranty and our date guarantee;
- to send you occasional care tips and offers, only if you ticked that box.
Calls, texts and email
By sending the quote form, you agree that we may call, text (including WhatsApp) or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your request. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help.
We send care tips and offers only if you give us that separate permission. It is never a condition of getting a price or booking a job, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your phone number or your permission to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and messaging services, and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
The chat assistant
The chat window on our pages is an AI assistant. It answers with facts about our services, checks free dates in our calendar and, when you ask it to, passes your name, contact details and request to our manager. Your messages and its answers are saved by us so our manager can follow up and so we can correct and improve its answers. To write its answers, the messages are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic. Please do not share card numbers, passwords or ID numbers in the chat. To have a chat deleted, write to info@brutmaninterior.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and buttons help people reach us (for example, a tap on our phone number or a sent quote form). It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. Advertising cookies, which measure our ads on Google and Meta, are used only if you press Accept in the cookie banner; you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your photos
We use your photos to prepare your price and plan the work. We never post your car online without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your request, the job and the warranty, and then delete it. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
