    Your technicians take the part out of the car and the airbag out of the part. We send you the shipping label: pack the part, put the label on, and the carrier picks it up. Shipping both ways is in your estimate.

    A dashboard takes 2 business days and a steering wheel 1, from the business day after the part arrives. It goes back insured, with a tracking number and the written warranty.

No airbag in the box

The passenger airbag in a dashboard holds an explosive charge, and carriers class it as hazardous material. Have a technician take the airbag out before you pack the dashboard, and keep it at your shop. We re-trim around the airbag opening, so it goes back in exactly as before. The same goes for steering wheels and seats with airbags.

Which cars do you work on?

Every make, from Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin to Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Mercedes-AMG and Range Rover.

How long does it take?

A dashboard takes 2 business days and a steering wheel usually 1, counted from the business day after the part reaches us. If we have to order the leather, that usually takes 1 to 1.5 weeks, and your ready date goes in writing once it is in our shop.

How does shipping work?

We send you the shipping label. Your technicians take the part out, pack it and put the label on the box, and the carrier picks it up. It comes back the same way, insured and with a tracking number. Shipping both ways is in your estimate.

Can we ship a part with the airbag in it?

No, never. An airbag holds an explosive charge and carriers class it as hazardous material. Take it out and keep it at your shop; we re-trim around the airbag opening, so it goes back in exactly. If a part reaches us with the airbag inside, any carrier fines or costs are yours, and we never ship the airbag back: we take it out and return the finished part without it.

Can we try you with one part first?

Yes. Send photos of one steering wheel or one dashboard you have in recon now. A wheel is back in 1 business day, so it is the quickest way to see our work.

Can we send several cars a month?

Yes. Tell us your models and how many a month, and every job gets its price and its dates in writing before it ships.

What if you find a problem once the part is opened?

If taking the part apart shows something nobody could see before, like a cracked base or broken clips, we stop, send you photos and agree any change in writing before we go on.

Do you do seats, door panels and headliners too?

Yes, the whole cabin: seats, door panels and headliners, in South Florida or shipped in.
